Construction features

The construction of the equipment "Drozd" is good adjusted for difficult service conditions. On agricultural machinery in the conditions of a strong dust content, vibration advantages of use of bus CAN for connection of all additional options are appreciable.

For removing of "the human factor» in accounting of the processed area we suggest to establish the additional module-identifier of the hinged equipment. The module allows to transfer automatically information in a database what hinged equipment is fastened to a tractor, its width and a condition (working/transport). As a result on a system exit it is possible to receive the report about handling usable space.

For automation of salary charge there is a possibility to use electronic keys-identifiers of the driver that allows to know when the operator-driver has started to work, when has finished change. The given function works in any schedule of changes and allows to do the automatic account of working hours.

At round-the-clock technics work there is a problem of timely reaction on malfunctions and sabotage. With the accumulator of the raised capacity, term of independent work of the module increases to 36h of that it is quite enough for reaction on switching-off of an onboard charge and other problems.

Software

Construction of dispatching service allows to eliminate in real time arising in the field of problems (breakage, operative refueling, errors of operators-drivers). Reports about movement routes, processing places give 100 % of the data about where the technics worked, in what modes and how many fuel has been spent.

The system includes open, free cartographical subsystem GIS which allows to conduct the register of fields with all necessary attributes with exchange possibilities of geographical data with other systems and expansion of service possibilities. Given GIS is good base for such appendices as: mapping of fields with properties of soil, mapping productivity, address application of fertilizers.

The registration system on the basis of ADempiere allows to execute a full cycle of the administrative account of all operations from purchases and a warehouse of spare parts to the area of processing and salary charge to each worker for actually executed amount of works.
