Program of the client can be launched under operating systems Windows, Linux and others, for which there is an environment of execution Java JRE. The environment of execution Java is installed on the computer as normal application once and is used by many programs. To install Java JRE it is possible free of charge, installation file for OS Windows is in section Support To load updates.

If the access to internet network occurs through a corporate network, address to the system administrator of a network. In networks with protection by anti-virus network screens, the proxy-server or Firewall resolve reversal by following TCP-ports: 80, 1098, 1099, 5005, 3873. Don't forget to install for current network connection on the computer parameter «the Gateway on-default» in TCP/IP protocol adjustments.

The manager automated workplace allows:

  • to watch after objects in a mode of real-time;
  • to view history of movement and events for any time frame on maps Google, Vizikom, OpenStreetMap;
  • to lay out routes and to do preliminary calculations of an expansion and necessary time;
  • to enter the information about points of interest;
  • to enter zones of interest with area display;
  • to process alarm events (supply switch-off, opening of the case, etc.);
  • to edit information about cars, drivers;
  • to view various reports *;

* the composition and the content of reports is flexibly adjusted and defined by adjustments for each client.

As a platform for creation of monitoring system ADempiere was selected by us - the international open project of registration system over which work tens of programmers and thousand of experts in implementation all over the world. On a number of parameters ADempiere comes nearer to corporate ERP systems by Oracle and SAP, it is developed permanently and new units are added, remaining free and opened.

Base functional of ADempiere includes set of possibilities for the organization of administrative accounting, work with clients, drawing up of reports. Introduction of this  system at the enterprise ADempiere allows to lead business processes at new level in the online mode. You don't need to wait for the termination of month to get reports on each indicator, it is enough to inquire the report and to obtain the data for making the decision in a few seconds. Also there is no need to edit manually electronic spreadsheets, to trace communications between them and to risk to lose all work as a result of unique failure of the personal computer.

Application of special supplement on the clients side allows to reduce considerably volume of the transmittable data, to reduce requirements to speed of communication paths and hardware of the data server. All these factors give the chance to expand lossless system of productivity and saving service on a high level.

In system there is a sharing of the rights of users. Depending on the rights main menu contents, access to various functions (only on reading or with change possibility) change. Each user can select for itself often used menu items and to allocate them on a shortcut bar, to select the color scheme and system language.
