Terms and abbreviations

There are terms and abbreviations which aren't clear for the unprepared reader at the description of systems of registration and control. We will describe in brief some of them:

CRM

Client Relations Management — process of the active interaction with clients and dimples of knowledge of their needs for the purpose to improve service quality. CRM it is a software environment that allows to make all process of operation with clients the most effectively for employees and comfortably for clients.

ERP

Enterprise Resource Planning — is a complex of the programs that allows to create the uniform environment for automation of planning, the registration, control and the analysis of all main business activities of the enterprise. Composition of such systems is impossible without the maximum automation of processes of an information exchange in the enterprise and allocation of functions. In some way ERP is more developed analog for a forgotten systems ASUP.

MRP

Material Requirements Planning — Program system for support of manufacturing processes, automating scheduling of need in  accessories, raw and materials, in the equipment, employees and other resources on the basis of available orders of ready products.

SCM

Supply Chain Management — envelops all cycle from purchase of raw, manufacture till goods propagation. As interests of all links of a circuit are frequently contradictory, optimal result can be achieved only during complex control of all chain.
